Ezra Baylin

Head of Corporate Development and Mergers and Acquisitions

Ezra Baylin is Head of Corporate Development and Mergers and Acquisitions at Genpact.

Ezra joined Genpact in 2016 as global head of Corporate Development and is focused on accelerating Genpact’s inorganic growth by leveraging acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances to build differentiated service lines and support strategic growth.

Ezra brings more than 19 years of experience in investment banking and corporate development to Genpact. He joined Genpact from Towers Watson, where he spent 15 years, most recently as managing director, Strategy and Corporate Development. Ezra’s responsibilities included the development and execution of corporate strategy and evaluating and executing internal and external investments including organic investments, acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, and divestitures.

Ezra also served as head of Corporate Development and played a lead role in several transactions at Towers Watson, including the sale of the company’s reinsurance brokerage business to Jardine Lloyd Thomson Group plc and Towers Watson’s acquisitions of Liazon Corporation and Extend Health.

Earlier in his career, Ezra held business development positions at Employease, which was acquired by ADP in 2006, and was a financial analyst in BT Alex. Brown’s technology investment banking group.

Ezra has a master’s degree in business administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Stanford University.
