Balkrishan "BK" Kalra is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Genpact (NYSE: G) and a member of its Board of Directors.  
 

Under BK's leadership, Genpact has pivoted into the Agentic Operations company, where applied AI meets context-rich process intelligence.

A founding member of Genpact's spin-out from GE, BK has helped shape the company's growth and culture across multiple verticals and global teams into the Agentic Operations company. A core conviction drives BK's approach: "There is no Artificial Intelligence without Process Intelligence,” a belief that has defined both Genpact’s strategy and his voice on the responsible deployment of AI and digital technologies to achieve tangible business outcomes. 
 

BK serves on the Board of Catalyst, a global nonprofit focused on accelerating organizational performance and women's progress through workplace inclusion. He is also a member of the Wall Street Journal CEO Council, Fast Company Impact Council, and the NASSCOM CEO Forum. He holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.  
 

BK describes himself as a “dad first” to his two daughters, a committed marathon runner, an average golfer, and an aspiring mountain climber.
