Previously, Sameer served as Global Chief Operating Officer, where he led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on driving performance, productivity, and operational rigor across the organization. He also played a key role in advancing Genpact's innovation agenda and helping the company navigate important periods of growth and change.
