Caitlin Blewett is Genpact’s Chief Marketing Officer. In her role, Caitlin is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s marketing function, including brand development, go-to-market strategies, digital and regional marketing, communications, and talent marketing. She works closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives to support Genpact’s business and growth goals.
Caitlin has an impressive track record of building brands, driving revenue growth, and leading organizational change for renowned companies in various industries, including professional services, financial services, life sciences, technology, luxury, and consumer packaged goods. Prior to joining Genpact, Caitlin held a position as Managing Director at Deloitte, where she led its Marketing Strategy Center of Excellence and previously managed the Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications organizations. Before her time at Deloitte, Caitlin held leadership roles at internationally renowned WPP and Publicis Groupe agencies. In these roles she led client relationships and cross-discipline teams that garnered awards for their effectiveness and innovative brand transformations.
With experience living and working in different countries, Caitlin has a global mindset and thrives on diverse perspectives. She is an advocate for women in leadership and actively participates in Chief, an organization dedicated to empowering women executives. Caitlin also serves as a judge for the pre-eminent Effie Awards that recognize world-class marketing initiatives contributing to a brand’s success. She also serves in board and advisor positions for various not-for-profit organizations.
Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, advertising, and communications from Indiana University.
