About Caitlin

Caitlin Blewett is Genpact’s Chief Marketing Officer. 

In her role, Caitlin is responsible for overseeing all aspects of brand, marketing, and communications. 

 

Her remit spans brand strategy, global marketing, client experience, analyst relations, external and internal communications, employee engagement, and talent marketing. She works closely with global business leaders and cross-functional teams to align the company’s marketing strategy to support Genpact’s business and growth goals. She is also responsible for driving an AI-first transformation of the Marketing function to accelerate growth.

Caitlin has an impressive track record of building brands, driving revenue growth, and leading organizational change for renowned companies in various industries, including professional services, financial services, life sciences, technology, luxury, and consumer packaged goods.  

  

Prior to joining Genpact, Caitlin was a Managing Director at Deloitte, where she led its Marketing Strategy Center of Excellence and previously managed the Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications organizations. Before her time at Deloitte, Caitlin held leadership roles at internationally renowned WPP and Publicis Groupe agencies. In these roles she led client relationships and cross-discipline teams that garnered awards for effectiveness, innovation and transformation. 

With experience living and working in multiple countries, Caitlin has a global mindset and thrives on different perspectives. She is an advocate for women in leadership and serves as a Board Advisor for Catalyst and actively participates in Chief, an organization dedicated to empowering women executives. Caitlin also serves as a judge for the pre-eminent Effie Awards that recognize world-class marketing initiatives contributing to a brand’s success.  

  

Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, advertising, and communications from Indiana University.
