Brian Baral is the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Genpact, where he leads the Office of the CEO and acts as a trusted advisor and execution partner, translating the CEO’s vision into action by managing key priorities, shaping communications, and accelerating enterprise-wide initiatives.

Previously, Brian was Genpact’s M&A and Corporate Development Leader, where he spearheaded the company’s efforts to drive strategic growth through acquisitions and partnerships, and the Financial Crime Risk Management Leader, where he oversaw a global team delivering AI- and data-driven solutions to banking, capital markets, and fintech clients. He joined Genpact in 2019, as the Banking and Capital Markets Growth Leader. He has held leadership positions at McKinsey & Company, Bridgewater Associates, and Ciox Health. He began his career as an M&A and venture capital analyst.

Brian graduated from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University.
