Businesses need to keep workplaces safe as employees return to the office in some capacity. Without safety measures in place, offices will be prone to outbreaks of COVID-19. This is especially important as a mix of vaccinated and unvaccinated people return to the office. Also, businesses need a way to monitor asymptomatic individuals who are carrying the virus but don't show any symptoms because although they may feel fine, they could still unknowingly spread COVID-19 to their co-workers.

The Rapid Action Consortium, of which Genpact is a founding member, supports the use of widespread rapid antigen testing in workplaces to enable employee wellness. See below the impact that a rapid testing program can have on the health and safety of employees. Download the infographic as a PDF here.
