By combining deep domain expertise and Advanced Technology Solutions™, Genpact customized their loan management system. Standalone instances were licensed to each of its clients, providing tailored configurations involving accruals, transactions, collections, and more.
To power scalability, automation, and data accuracy, Genpact integrated diverse AWS-hosted technologies into the client environment. Using Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) hosting for the LMS, Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) for data storage, and Amazon Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow (MWAA) for process orchestration, the solution streamlined the entire loan life cycle. Meanwhile, Amazon API Gateway enabled seamless data sharing across the ecosystem, while the AWS Serverless Application Model (SAM) effortlessly transformed data for ingestion.
Additionally, Genpact automated booking processes and implemented BankruptcyWatch, a cloud-native automation platform designed to streamline bankruptcy operations for lenders, servicers, and legal teams.
