A Leader across all six F&A Transformation market segments

Genpact, the Agentic Operations company, has been named a Leader in NelsonHall's 2026 NEAT evaluation for Finance and Accounting (F&A) Transformation. We were recognized as a Leader overall and across every evaluated segment: Agentic AI Capabilities, CFO Advisory Capabilities, Procure-to-Pay Capabilities, Record-to-Report Capabilities, and Order-to-Cash Capabilities.

NelsonHall's NEAT evaluation assesses providers on two dimensions: their ability to deliver immediate benefit and their ability to meet future client requirements. This recognition extends Genpact's Leader position from the previous edition of the research, published in 2024, and reinforces our strength across core finance processes, CFO advisory, and agentic AI-led transformation.

The recognition reflects how we have fundamentally redesigned our F&A offerings around an agentic operating model, embedding AI at the core of process design and execution. This marks a deliberate shift from automation-led services to autonomous, AI-led finance operations that deliver tangible, measurable outcomes with domain-trained AI agents and humans operating harmoniously.

Highlights from the report

Genpact's F&A transformation strategy centers on four priorities: scaling and strengthening CFO advisory services, building agentic AI solutions, driving data modernization and AI readiness, and extending technology partnerships. Together, these capabilities help finance organizations modernize operations, strengthen controls, improve efficiency, and accelerate the shift from automation-led services to more autonomous, AI-enabled finance models. Backed by deep domain expertise and a growing agentic pipeline, Genpact turns finance into a strategic engine for enterprise value.

Genpact's agentic operating model pairs domain-trained AI agents with experienced finance practitioners, so clients gain speed and scale without sacrificing control. This human-in-the-loop approach lets CFOs adopt AI with confidence, moving from early use cases to production at enterprise scale, and frees teams to focus on higher-value analysis and strategic decision-making.
