By combining agentic execution with Genpact's deep industry expertise, we implemented the Genpact AP Suite to centralize, standardize, and automate each step of the accounts payable process. We implemented two Genpact AP suite modules:
- Genpact AP Capture to extract supplier invoice data with precision
- Genpact AP Advance to tackle challenges such as three-way matching, exception handling, and non-purchase-order invoice processing
Together, they helped the team handle volume and complexity, bringing the accounts payable and procurement organization onto a unified platform.

- Intelligent routing that accelerates prioritization: Pretrained, outcome-oriented AI agents – 21 of them – help automatically identify which invoices need attention first, adapting to regional and business-specific nuances to keep work flowing smoothly
- Clear insights on exceptions for faster decision-making: Users receive concise, high-value alerts to help prioritize invoices. The platform surfaces critical details such as payment due dates, supplier credit holds, and discount vendors so teams can act quickly and confidently
- Streamlined collaborations: By connecting buyers and processors within one unified workflow, the system significantly mitigated slow-moving email chains and bottlenecks, enabling much faster resolution
We also layered agentic operations into the implementation. With agentic operations, domain-specific agents manage certain tasks autonomously while human experts validate exceptions and oversee the system. Together, they create a high-performing system that helps tackle last-mile challenges.
