Wayne Busch leads Genpact’s NextGen business segment. 

In this role, he builds new business relationships with mid-market, high growth, transformative companies that are positioned to become the leaders of tomorrow. This segment represents a significant area for disruption, and the Company is committed to capturing its full potential. In this next phase of NextGen's evolution, this segment will further accelerate and contribute positively to Genpact's overall business.

Prior to joining Genpact, he served as Group President, Consulting and Digital Transformation Services at NTT Data, where he successfully re-architected go-to-market strategies, solutioning, and global delivery activities across all digital practices and industries, resulting in an impressive 3X growth in their digital business.

Prior to NTT Data, Wayne spent 25 years at Accenture, where he managed multiple segments of their Financial Services business across North America. He brings deep experience leading multi-market P&L portfolios and driving transformation with a focus on revenue growth, client expansion, and turnaround performance in Financial Services. 

Wayne’s expertise in redefining strategy, building market presence, and delivering sustainable growth positions will be invaluable in driving growth in this key mid-market segment.
