She brings nearly 25 years of leadership experience across the financial services and technology sectors.

Prior to joining Genpact, Sumita served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Radian Group (NYSE: RDN), a global specialty insurance and mortgage insurance company. She held P&L responsibility for the company’s core mortgage insurance business and led its finance function. At Radian, she executed a transformational acquisition that significantly increased the company’s revenues and expanded its addressable market. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer of dLocal (NASDAQ: DLO), she helped lead the company through its successful initial public offering.

Earlier in her career, Sumita served as Global Head of Fintech Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. She also worked at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions Group. In these roles, she advised some of the world’s fastest-growing companies on IPOs, M&A transactions, and strategic initiatives across industries.

Sumita holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated as a Palmer Scholar, and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India.
