Rajan Kohli is Global Business Leader, Financial Services & Experience at Genpact and a member of the Genpact Leadership Council. He is responsible for leading Genpact's global Financial Services business, helping clients accelerate growth, improve operational performance, and create business value through AI-powered transformation and Agentic Operations.
 

Rajan brings more than three decades of leadership experience across technology, consulting, digital transformation, and financial services. Prior to joining Genpact, he served as Chief Executive Officer of CitiusTech, where he led the company through a period of sustained growth, expanded its AI-led capabilities, and strengthened its position as a trusted technology partner to global enterprises.
 

Before CitiusTech, Rajan spent 28 years at Wipro, where he held a series of senior leadership roles. He led the Banking and Financial Services business globally, built and scaled Wipro Digital and Consulting into a multibillion-dollar business, and most recently served as President of Wipro's iDEAS Global Business Line, overseeing a $5 billion portfolio spanning digital, engineering, cloud, and consulting services.
