Kyle serves as the Head of Investor Relations (IR) for Genpact, where she plays a pivotal role in the development, execution, and oversight of a comprehensive, strategic IR program.

Kyle brings 20 years of experience leading operational and finance strategy within a number a tech companies, as well as deep expertise in shaping and articulating strategic narratives around technology and finance transformations. Prior to joining Genpact in 2025, she held global leadership roles in Investor Relations, Go-to-Market Finance, and FP&A at Microsoft, Stripe, and EA.

Kyle holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and also holds a Bachelor of Science in and Finance and Accounting.
