Diwakar Singhal is Global Business Leader – Manufacturing and High Tech Hardware at Genpact. 

Diwakar is responsible for developing and executing the overall business strategy for Genpact’s Manufacturing and High Tech Hardware business and driving growth in agentic, advanced technology solutions, and core business services. 

In his prior role, Diwakar led Genpact’s Manufacturing business defining and scaling the sales model to lead through advanced technology. During this time, the Manufacturing business became one of the company’s fastest-growing units across advanced technology, consulting, finance, supply chain, analytics, and engineering services.  

He has been instrumental in expanding Genpact’s global presence, setting up Genpact’s center in China and to tier-two cities in India, working closely with the government and social ecosystem. He worked with GE and Xerox prior to Genpact. 

Diwakar is on the BPM Council of NASSCOM, on the board of the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai, on the board of iHub Drishti IIT Jodhpur, and an independent director for the state government-sponsored Rajasthan Venture Capital Fund.

He is a chemical engineer from NIT, Jaipur, and has an MBA from IIM, Mumbai.
