Thimaya Subaiya joined the Genpact board of directors in July 2025, adding deep tech expertise in transforming businesses for accelerated and scalable growth.

Subaiya is the Executive Vice President of Operations at Cisco. Subaiya leads Cisco’s global operations, overseeing Security and Trust, Supply Chain, IT, and Growth Operations. Prior to his current role, he was Cisco’s Chief Transformation Officer, focusing on accelerating the company’s shift to a software and as-a-service company, and Chief Customer Experience Officer, driving innovation in the Cisco Success Portfolio and accelerating customer adoption.

Prior to Cisco, he was the Chief Operations Officer of Customer Success and SVP of Global Marketing and Operations at Salesforce.

He also spent some time at Oracle, where he held a variety of leadership positions in business and global planning and strategy. Earlier in his career he worked in business development.

Subaiya holds an MBA from the ENPC School of International Management.
