Our technologically advanced Remote Operations Centers (ROCSM) facilitates transition of infrastructure management for customers within weeks as against months. Genpact also leverages a number of its proprietary tools such as ACI (Advanced Command Interface), eVMTSM (ERP vulnerability management toolkit), LeanDeskTM etc. to provide its clients with extra benefit at no additional cost.
