Erich L. Gampenrieder is the European Head of Genpact’s Supply Chain Service Line and Managing Director of Genpact Germany GmbH. With a profound expertise spanning over two decades, Erich drives the growth and strategic direction of Genpact’s European Supply Chain business while overseeing the company's operations in Germany.
Erich’s leadership is characterized by his ability to cultivate strategic client relationships and deliver innovative solutions that integrate process, organization, AI, and technology platforms. Under his guidance, Genpact continues to develop high-performing teams that excel in delivering impactful end-to-end Business and Supply Chain transformation programs at industry leading companies, solidifying his reputation as a trusted business leader and client partner.
Prior to joining Genpact, Erich held key leadership positions at prominent consulting firms: At Accenture, he served as Managing Director in the Strategy & Consulting service group, where he acted as Global Lead Client partner for a DAX 30 company and spearheaded value-driven, global end-to-end Business, Supply Chain and IT Transformations for Fortune 500 companies. Previously he consolidated and grew various practice groups in the firms Global Supply Chain as well as Operations Service Lines. Earlier in his career, Erich played instrumental roles in merging KPMG's local Supply Chain and Procurement practices into a global Operations Consulting practice, and in scaling Deloitte Consulting's Operations practice in the German speaking market.
Erich’s journey in management consulting began at a boutique Supply Chain Consulting firm in Munich, where he honed his expertise in Supply Chain management processes, organizations, and Advanced Planning & Scheduling technology. Prior to his consulting career, Erich served the German Armed Forces for 12 years as an Electronic Warfare officer.
A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Erich holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Universität der Bundeswehr, Neubiberg.
