Mudit Saxena serves as the business leader for Asia (China & Japan) and is responsible for driving business growth in the region along with the operational responsibility of the service delivery centers ensuring the region’s seamless performance within our global operations footprint.
Mudit joined Genpact in 1999 and has spent 14-years within the organization in multiple roles. In his initial years he worked with the GE Money Business with a focus on running their Outbound and Inbound call centers. Then, as the Financial Services Business Head, he helped Genpact win and operationalize key relationships with Banks in the US and Australia. He has also been Global Quality and Transition Leader and was responsible for directing the “End to End” approach to Quality and Operations thereby dramatically increasing the Business Impact delivered to customers.
Prior to joining Genpact, Mudit was part of the Consumer Banking Industry in India. He worked with Bank of America where he was the Head of the Autoloan business. He also helped Bank of America set up its Consumer Banking Operations in Eastern India. He has also worked with Citibank and American Express TRS.
Mudit has an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor’s of Chemical Engineering Degree from IIT Bombay.
