DG - Assistant Manager - Order Management

We are inviting applications for the role of AM, Order Management
In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas of Order Management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for getting orders actioned by team members as per SLA
  • Jointly work with team`s Business Analyst on any customer asks/reports
  • Prepare weekend roster & send monthly roster to customer
  • Maintain monthly defect tracker for team members & do RCA as in needed
  • Timely update of SOP
  • Respond all emails on time
  • Attend Customer calls
  • Drive Genome & Lean within team
  • Ready to take extra initiatives within team
  • Strong hold of minute changes in process
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers
  • Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
  • Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
  • Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings (Including weekend working)
     

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

  • Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in Order Entry is preferred
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
  • Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
  • Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
  • Quick Learner & Ready to adapt quick changes
