Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, RIM Data and Documents Leader!

This role directly contributes to the Company’s revenue growth and margin by adding new business, building relationships and delivering services.


  • Lead and deliver Regulatory Affairs Veeva RIM advisory services
  • Define and build RIM solutions and marketing collateral, develop pursuit plan, and deliver advisory methodologies in the Life Sciences industry
  • Work with Genpact enterprise sales to develop market strategy plans to grow our revenue with existing and new logo clients
  • Build senior leadership market connects & networks with leaders
  • Directly contribute to the organizations top line growth and profitability
  • Deliver specific needs within the clients; this may be as a defined project or as establishing a longer term engagement that can be handed off to the Operations team
  • Creating and developing a “trusted” advisor role to CXO’s and functional heads in targeted accounts
  • Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan and strategy to achieve assigned goals
  • Working with advisory and analyst firms to nurture channel / advisory relationships
  • Represent Genpact at relevant conferences, tradeshows, and industry forums
  • Planning and designing document and data enrichment plans as part of document management system migrations.
  • Interpret requirements for enrichment and remediation of document meta-data
  • Managing project governance with client leadership and PMO
  • Enhancing/developing repeatable client delivery methodology for subsequent projects in the data and document migration practice

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in science, engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • History of successfully selling Veeva/RIM related services
  • Relevant industry experience migrating data to Regulatory Information Systems and cleaning data post-migration. Previous experience with Veeva Registration Tracking
  • A deep understanding of Life Sciences eco-system and the current market dynamics
  • Domain knowledge of the RA arena with consultative selling
  • Prior experience in running large scale RA deals for driven companies within the industry from a sales and lead solution architect perspective
  • Proven project management delivery is also required.
  • Robust communication and presentation skills

Preferred qualifications 

  • Experience in executing Veeva data migration strategy and cleansing migrated data.
  • Ability to lead a team of direct or matrixed colleagues to deliver on business commitments and project timelines.
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs and CMC requirements and submission content preferred.
  • Experience leading programs across multiple projects
