Consultant _Veeva Integration Specialist

Inviting applications for the role of Consultant _Veeva Integration Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead global in the implementation of the required interfaces for the Veeva CRM solution suite ( interfaces for Order capturing & Veeva Event management) internally within Galderma (e.g. ERP, Data lake)and externally (e.g. with external distributors).
  • Administration and ongoing maintenance of all interfaces supporting Veeva CRM Commercial Suite.
  • Administration, implementation, or new integration of other data exchanges including platforms such as Aris Global, 3PL’s, Concur, etc.
  • Primary administration for Go Anywhere file transfer Commercial jobs and scripts.
  • Collaborate in technical workshops, design & configure optimal technical solution to meet defined key business requirements while standardizing, harmonizing and simplifying as much as possible the interface landscape (e.g. standardization of required interfaces between Veeva and specific ERP for Order capturing data flows).
  • Partner with other teams especially Commercial IT Digital, IT Analytics and IOS teams to promote harmonized and global technical solutions.
  • Assist in defining and reviewing the technical requirements for system integrations including security, performance, monitoring and quality requirements.
  • Drive integration testing validation activities within market implementations and within newly established Veeva release cycles.
  • Document, assess and coordinate the conversion of the Go Anywhere interfaces into Boomi interfaces.
  • Services (Design, Configure, Run and Sustain services) with more standardized ways of working (e.g., help to put in place a common Veeva CRM Service catalogue in ServiceNow with a global release and change management process and with a centralized support).
  • Veeva CRM data stewardship for change request to CRM data sets supporting U.S. and Canada.
  • Collaborate in functional & technical workshops, design & configure optimal technical solution to meet defined key business requirements while keeping the overall Veeva CRM solution aligned with the newly defined Veeva CRM Core Model.
  • Partner with other teams especially Commercial IT Digital and IOS teams to promote harmonized and global technical solutions.
  • Assist in defining and reviewing the technical requirements for systems, including security, integration, performance, and quality requirements.
  • Drive testing validation activities within market implementations and within newly established Veeva release cycles with DevOps.
  • Perform routine monitoring of platform such as running adoption reports and dashboards, generating user license counts, activating & deactivating user records, etc.
  • Drive configuration harmonization activities on the multiple Org IDs of our current global Veeva CRM architecture.
  • Reinforce the reliability, the security and the robustness of our Veeva CRM suite landscape with a “compliant by design” mindset with a special focus on Platforms (e.g., Veeva CRM with SSO implementation).
  • Services (Design, Configure, Maintain and Sustain services) with more standardized ways of working (e.g., help to put in place a common Veeva CRM Service catalog in ServiceNow with a global release and change management process and with a centralized support.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications:

  • BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA

Preferred qualifications

  • Technical expertise on salesforce.com and/or Veeva, understanding of the real-world use of salesforce automation and business processes.

  • A significant experience in the Life Sciences industry would be a plus.
  • Veeva CRM configuration experience with a track record of developing solutions within a complex matrix organization and the ability to document business/system requirements & processes
  • Proven experience with technologies & processes: DevOps release & change management on Salesforce, ERP middleware/Interfacing, Order capture
  • Veeva Admin certified
  • Strong Project management competences
  • Ability to act as a trusted IT business partner
