Inviting applications for the role of a Manager, Finance

Job Responsibility:

• Financial planning for assigned businesses i.e. Revenue, HC, C&B, other costs etc.
• Monthly financial closings
• Coordinating with businesses for monthly forecasting
• Monitoring of budget vs actuals
• Monthly variance reporting
• Control over key business drivers
• Publishing financial reports to Genpact Leadership
• Lead operating reviews
• Submission of financials to Genpact Corporate Finance team

Work experience background required:

Financial Planning and Analysis, Consulting, Corporate planning, Business Finance

Years of experience: Chartered accountant with 5 - 8 Years Exp

Essential skills:

FP&A exposure, Communication Skills, Influencing Skills & Proficient knowledge of excel very important
