DG - Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Planning

We are inviting applications for the role of AM, Supply Chain Planning

Responsibilities

Experience in one of the supply chain planning tools like Kinaxis / O9 /Anaplan on the areas of connected planning is a must with experience as below

  • Partner with the client and implement S&OP-Sales, Inventory & Operation Planning process across the business.
  • Collaborate with multiple business functions to identify their priorities and help clients make appropriate strategic decisions aligned with the business plan for the year.
  • Analyze functional requirements of clients and make data-driven & KPI focused recommendations.
  • Ensure penetration of applications, processes, and systems to streamline supply chain outputs.
  • Forecast risks during the implementation cycle and create a detailed mitigation plan.
  • Organize / actively engaged in workshops, recurring meetings with the key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with global teams to ensure timely & flawless service delivery.
  • Play a pivotal role in every S&OP cycle, mediate discussions & ensure right business decisions are made.
  • Document the end to end process, project scope, requirements to prepare a detailed project with timelines & deliverables during each time period.
  • Design & constantly monitor S&OP KPIs, report it out to stakeholder and participate / support executive governance meetings with all information & data.
  • Analyze the customer data for each phase of the SI&OP process to enable data-driven results.
  • Ability to handle a team of >12 people.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

  • Graduate(BE)
  • Rich work experience in Supply chain planning
  • Team handling experience. 

Preferred qualifications

  • Postgraduate in Supply Chain
  • APICS CPIM/CSCP Certified
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Services Industry will be a plus
