We are inviting applications for the role of UI/UX Developer-Analytics ! 
This role is for a UI/UX developer who will be involved in web development projects for customers across clients in Genpact Analytics.
•    Provide expertise and best practice recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders to enhance user experience and usability of a product  
•    Identify, develop and define UI patterns and best-practice guidelines/processes to help unify visual design and contribute to visual design innovation. 
•    Experience in rapid prototyping to complement assessment or requirement gathering initiatives 
•    Lead user experience efforts, including interaction design, user research, and user testing through a prototyping process 
•    Review new/ existing user interfaces and provide suggestions for improvement 
•    Actively involved in the development process to ensure effective execution of design and release of high-quality interfaces. 
•    Experience in creating rich internet applications  
•    Provide suggestions to enhance the User Interface of existing solutions 
•    Experience in designing web applications for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone7.
Minimum qualifications
•    Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Science, Information systems, or Computer engineering with relevant experience. 
•    Experience as a User Experience Engineer, Web Developer, and Usability Analyst with extensive experience in designing, prototyping, and developing the user interfaces, web pages for a wide variety of consumer and enterprise products.
•    Technical skills -
o    Web Client-side: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery,  jQueryMobile,  Ajax, Angular or React
o    Design Tools: Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks, Adobe Flash, Microsoft Silverlight
o    Mobile Platforms: Experience in designing web applications in iOS, Android and Windows Phone7.
o    Design:  Responsive Design and other patterns
•    Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography. 
•    Good understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS, Android, and Windows Phone7. 
•    Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries. 
•    The candidate must be in sync with recent design standards and trends. 
•    Experience in all aspects of digital communications (web development, mobile web/responsive design, native app design, email marketing, site analytics, CMS, multimedia)
Preferred qualifications/ Skills
•    Formal education in interaction design (Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma) is a definite plus. 
•    Ability to interact with end-users and translate business language into technical requirements
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
•    Excellent customer service skills
•    Ability to work in a team-based environment, as well as, the ability to work independently
•    Ability to work effectively with people of many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
