Inviting applications for the role of Customer Service Master Data Administration Specialist - Senior Process Associate with German!

Perform operational tasks related to Customer Master Data. Ensure that Customer Master Data processes are functioning efficiently and agreed targets are delivered on time. Contribute to improve service to customers through proper maintenance of Customer Master Data.
Responsibilities 

•    Caring for the correctness and timeliness of the process 
•    Responsibility for the process (knowledge of procedures, rules) in respective process area and its correlation to linked processes
•    Ensuring efficiency and high standard of operations: identification and removing inefficiencies in the processes, making improvements in the daily operational work
•    Support specialists in respective (also linked) functions
•    Customer master Data
•    Responsibility for the process (knowledge of procedures, rules) in respective process area and its correlation to linked processes 
•    Create and update customer master data on-time and according to agreed procedures
•    Create and update customer hierarchy
•    Create and update customer assortment
•    Manage master data blocks on customers
•    Deactivate and delist customers
•    Update and validate financial customer master data (Vendor code, credit limit, IBAN, SWIFT, payment terms, license number for no TAX number customers etc.)
•    Update customer specific data: Sales Representatives, Account Coordinator/Manager, Internal, Delivery, Invoice texts, Rounding data
•    Verification of received forms in terms of data quality and proper authorization
•    Ensuring that Master Data is high quality
•    Efficient and Self-driven in problem solving and decision taking
•    Create new SAP accounts for CRM system
•    Update Order Entry customer database 
•    Regular Error Log monitoring and analysis  
•    DTP (Desktop Procedures) ownership

Preferred qualifications 

•    Problem solving and decision-making ability
•    Ability to work with various IT applications (SAP, CRM, country specific systems, reporting tools, etc.)
•    Fluent in German and local language at min B1 level if required
•    analytical skills
•    Ability to set priorities and to work effectively under pressure of time
•    Basic knowledge of MS Office & SAP system
