Inviting applications for the role of Manager, QA Team lead

We are looking for a QA Team Lead for the Orchestration Group to support global customers. 
This is a varied role and offers an exciting opportunity for the right individuals to develop their career in the Professional Services organization of Genpact.  
Responsibilities
•    Look over the overall quality of the deliverables and customer satisfaction 
•    Work closely with the delivery teams and business stakeholders on providing test requirements, QA estimates, and resource needs across one or more projects 
•    Provide and control the project test plan execution, assigns responsibilities to team members, and provides visibility on the progress, risks, and mitigation plans regularly 
•    Own the development of the team’s technical and domain expertise via various knowledge sharing and training initiatives 
•    Set clear objectives, empower the team to achieve them, and lead the appraisal process 
•    Mentor junior and less experienced team members on applications and job functions 
•    Act as communication bridge and escalation point for the team 

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

•    Graduate/Post Graduate Degree
•    Relevant work experience as a team leader in testing web applications and client-server side testing. 
•    Understanding of web applications, browser differences, web services. 
•    Experience with Databases and writing queries. 
•    Strong understanding of QA processes and concepts including test case preparation and test methodologies. 
•    Good understanding of project quality tracking and reporting best practices/KPIs 
•    Experience with Stress/Performing testing using the common tools 
•    Ability to consistently estimate, schedule, and deliver completed tasks. 
•    Good understanding of various SDLC and project management tools 
•    Knowledge in continuous integration and automated testing (Web environments) 
•    Critical thinking about product behaviour and user impact. 
•    Curiosity, patience, and a desire to learn. 
•    Ability to work well within a globally distributed team in a high-performance organization 


Preferred Qualifications/Skills

•    Self-developing: Highly motivated, with a track record of continued technology learning and self-improvement.
•    Good leadership skills. 
•    Good crisis management skills.
•    Fluent in spoken and written English
•    Ability to align working hours with customers abroad (when needed)
