Employee Health and Safety Specialist - Domain Trainee – English

We are inviting applications for the role of Employee Health and Safety Specialist - Domain Trainee – English!
In this role you will be able to broaden your HSE experience in various HR administration areas, in an international corporation. You will be enjoying multinational environment, positive working atmosphere and ongoing support and leadership of experienced HR colleagues.

Responsibilities:

•    Performing inspect processes and procedures and ensuring good health and safety practice
•    Updating and creating new risk assessments
•    Investigating accidents and complaints and determining if there has been a breach of health and safety law- coordinating occupational medicine (control and periodic examinations) and assessing exposure factors at workplaces
•    Investigating precautions taken to prevent industrial diseases
•    Keeping up to date with new legislation and health and safety standards
•    Providing training and educational support to employers and new or trainee employee, coordination periodic training
•    Providing specialist advice and information on health and safety to businesses and organizations and advising on changes required
•    Writing reports on results of inspections and investigations and completing detailed paperwork
•    Coordinating the organization and participate in quarterly health and safety committees
•    Developing health and safety working programs and policies
•    Preparing data and reports to external institutions such as Central Statistical Office and ZUS
•    Acting as a mentor for HSE Inspector(s)
•    Offering new HSE solutions for new circumstances 
Skills 
•    Relevant experience in the field of Health and Safety
•    - bachelor's degree or equivalent (Health and Safety, Environmental or administration preferred)
•    - completion of studies enabling performance of the duties of occupational health and safety service- practical knowledge of Polish labor law, health and safety regulations
•    - very good written and spoken English (B2)
•    - knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel; Power Point)
•    - experience with HS software 
•    - very good communication skills
•    - excellent organizational and time management skills 
•    Nice to have - experience in the field of payroll and HR administration would be an asset
