Roles and Responsibilities:
·    Generate report that is used by Demand Planners for their ARM (Activity Review Meeting) and DRM (Demand Review Meeting) which compares Live forecast with the Latest cash up.
·    Supply Forecast – Ramp Down/Proactive
·    Employee Touchpoints for Job Opportunities
·    Dashboarding & Analytics on Supply and Demand for Leadership Consumption
·    Demand/Supply Matching
·    Enter the applicant profiles into the internal databases
·    Responsible for redeployment of resources
·    Ensure timely fulfilment of indents and raise alert if vital
·    Be a peoples manager involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations mentor for the team
·    Ongoing monitoring of open indent
·    Lead and develop a diverse finance team, maintain the motivation levels and also build a bench of future finance leaders
·    Serve as liaison for Data engineer, analytics platform and business user and support ongoing transition/modernization activities
Skills and Experience:
·    Ability to energize the floor and excellent people-development and management abilities
·    Ability to liaise with key business unit partners & large people function team
·    Strong people-development and leadership skills
·    Strong Communication & influencing skills
·    Positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and an open mind to change
·    Strategic Thinker- Ability to build and defend the point of view/frameworks
·    Should be Customer-centric & have strong interpersonal skills
·    Ability to meet deadlines & work effectively with high-quality levels
·    Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel skills
·    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·    Graduations/ Masters in HR
