Inviting applications for the role of Manager – Talent Match Business Partner
As a Talent match business partner in CGRLH vertical of Genpact, you’ll be responsible to meet the resourcing needs for the portfolio spread across globe. Role has been started as a strategic growth initiative focused on enabling new technologies and ways of working that will allow us to effectively and efficiently manage the significant growth, scale, and complexity of our multi-tiered deals.  And that’s why we are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate and can work closely with multiple teams & stakeholders to help us to make better decisions about all aspects of resourcing strategy with the goal of enabling Talent refresh.
Responsibilities
•    Manage day-to-day demand and supply for few accounts in the region 
•    Ensure System Accuracy in terms of data (Demand, Supply, Bench etc.) and progress tracking
•    Own and manage resource requests for assigned business area by validating requirements, searching for candidates, and presenting candidates for consideration
•    Source resources to engagements align with their skills, professional goals, and/or preferences
•    Utilize all available tools to identify candidates and develop creative staffing solutions for open resource requests
•    Develop and maintain relationships with key practice and industry leaders, and leverage these relationships to maximize deployment opportunities for assigned population
•    Influence FLMs to accept an alternate staffing outcome by articulating the value and long-term or “big picture” benefits
•    Escalate sensitive or high-risk resourcing situations to business partners and regional leads, as appropriate
•    Maintain understanding of key resource management metrics and how these metrics impact financial performance
•    Encourage employees to look more broadly at opportunities as against exact matches only by driving roadshows, conversations and other ways that showcase the longer-term value of making “non-traditional” career moves
