Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Technical Project Manager
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager/Senior Manager to be responsible for managing Technical Partnerships and running Project-oriented tasks
This role is responsible for providing project planning, management, and oversight for key initiatives and partnership projects, ensuring that these initiatives and projects are closely aligned with Genpact’s strategic priorities.
•    The resource will be part of the overall CTO organization and ensure all work-streams are working per plan, drive robust governances, and highlight risks/ challenges. 
•    Work with internal/ external stakeholders and drive strong partnerships to be able to collaborate effectively to ensure all milestones are met and risks are understood and mitigated proactively. 
•    Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions. Research partners, identify key players, and generate interest
•    Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
•    Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
•    Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
•    Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization, represent our brand, and be our partners’ liaison internally
•    Communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks, provide continuing direction to the teams involved, and communicate project status regularly.
•    Manage and appropriately escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated with the project initiatives
•    Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels 
•    Creates a method of change management including ownership of documentation, communication plans, etc.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, leaders, product owners, and subject matter experts, and external stakeholders
•    Identify, clarify and communicate project/partnership vision, goals, and objectives and how these tie into, support or impede organizational strategic objectives 
•    Possesses a basic understanding in the areas of Automation, Enterprise Architecture, System Design, and how Partnerships can be scaled in these domains
•    Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards 
•    Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies 
•    Understand, track, and articulate issues/risks/action items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate stakeholders as needed
