Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager-Audit & Compliance

In this role, you will be responsible to driving compliance framework designed for HR Shared services. Ensure smooth flow of the execution in global locations. This position is responsible for accuracy & efficiency of final compliance report-out.

 

 

 

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Setting up Vendor governance process
  • Conduct assessment on vendor performance basis the SLA’s included in the contract
  • Assess the billing accuracy as agreed in the contract
  • Ensure that the services are as per the contracts
  • Participate during contract renewals to ensure all the appropriate clauses and terms are included
  • Collaborate with Process Managers to implement controls
  • Conduct assessments to identify gaps in the processes.
  • Partner with management to determine appropriate remediation steps for the issues identified and ensure corrective action is carried out
  • Conduct reviews/report out with the leadership
  • Partner with different functions such as HR, vendors, Audit on various adhoc projects

 

 

 

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications

  • Graduation from a Recognized University (Commerce graduate preferred)
  • Relevant work exp. n a sourcing role preferably with vendor audits
  • Strong analytics and project management skills
  • Strong oral and written communications skills, for effective discussions with leadership & functional stakeholders across regions.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel & PowerPoint

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge/Experience in Vendor Governance
  • Experience in project management
