Inviting applications for the role of Associate, KYC Analyst!

In this role, the KYC Analyst is expected to have fair understanding of KYC operations from documentary and non-documentary verification as per CIP policy and must be able to identify.

Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct IDV (ID verification) and customer screening against a watchlist of Sanctions, PEP and adverse media
  • Conducts due diligence and recommends appropriate risk-based business actions to be taken concerning client relationship onboarding or ongoing monitoring
  • Conduct customer screening and documentary verification of beneficial owner and controllers
  • Research and gather the missing information from various reliable independent sources to address the gap and complete the case
  • Communicate with Team Lead to resolve escalated issues as needed.

 

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Similar work experience at a financial institution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Teamwork demonstrated via participation is sports or extracurricular activities in school / college

 

Preferred qualifications/Skills

  • Ownership, document nature of business
  • Ability to gather the information from various data sources (Corporate registry) screening tools and/or other tools for CIP
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy
  • Motivated, team-oriented, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong focus on quality along with an ability to read, understand and adhere to procedures
  • Ability to seek and act on feedback & attention to detail
