Inviting applications for the role of  Assistant Manager, BCM Consulting

 

Responsibilities

  • Map client’s requirements and coordinating, developing and implementing process in line with guidelines.
  • Monitor the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize client satisfaction level.
  • Preparing MIS reports as per SLA with a view to apprise management of the process operations.
  • Analysts with basic operations skills and attention to detail etc.
  • MS Excel skills and some experience working with reasonable sized data sets, pivot tables, basic macros etc.
  • Document business processes, screens, and screen flows
  • Document business rules and reference data requirements
  • Produce and distribute minutes of analysis meetings
  • Produce training materials and participate in the delivery of training, as required

Minimum Qualification/skills

Successful candidates will operate across multiple projects, performing a variety of functions, and must be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • A competent professional with experience in Finance/Banking/ Hedge Fund Admin:
  • ~ Operation Management                      
  • ~ Process Management                    
  • ~ Data Reconciliation
  • ~ Client Relationship Management   
  • ~ Team Management
  • An out-of-the-box thinker with a proven track record of establishing processes, SOP’s streamlining workflow and creating teamwork environment to enhance productivity innovatively.

 

Preferred Qualifications/skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with problem-solving, logical thinking and analytical abilities
