We are inviting applications for the role of AM, Data Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible to Support the Treasury, Trade reconciliations team
Responsibilities
•    Support Treasury team in trade reconciliations.
•    Market data analysis for missing trades & valuation comparison.
•    Checking, accounting and reporting differences on the sanctity of data on various instruments.
•    Checking for reconciling data based on Amendment of Trade Terms, Difference in Valuation methodology, Market Data
•    Reporting on periodical risk metrics like VaR, CVA, PFE, Stressed Valuations, Cash Flows etc.
•    Providing Pre-Trade Analysis on potential effect on the exposures and risk metrics for the trade.
•    Reporting gaps in trade volumes & values between different internal systems.
•    Reviewing gaps in data and performing activities for maintaining data integrity by deep diving & working on completeness and accuracy.
•    Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
•    Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations.
•    Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies, and following up with internal stakeholders to ensure the customer requirements are respected during the cycle and as per the deadline.
•    Identify and manage quality risks, contractual and normative as per local agreements with the customers.
•    Reduce processing cycles and reproduce customer issues and escalate bugs.
•    Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
•    Train further team members to ensure full adherence to customer requirements

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications

•    Master’s or PhD in Mathematical and Statistical Modeling or related domain. Should have relevant experience in building Machine Learning Models using statistical data analysis in Python & R with advanced tableau knowledge.
•    Preferred qualifications
•    Knowledge of advanced machine learning concepts and techniques to solve challenging business problems: preventive maintenance and failure prediction with highly imbalanced classification, soft-sensors/ regression and recommendation models, clustering and anomaly detections
•    High level of experience of Machine Learning toolkits including but not limited to: PyTorch, Tensorflow, scikit-learn, Keras, etc.
•    High level of knowledge of coding experience preferably in Python and R.
•    Hands on experience with querying data from popular databases, PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Knowledge of analyzing and working with Panel and Time series datasets.
•    Advanced knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau. Power BI will be added advantage.
•    Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development and focusing on sustainable results and configurable Analytics.
•    Prior experience of working on Long term & short term Forecasting & related activities.
•    Know-how of arranging knowledge sessions, test/development environment set up, distributing tasks, consolidating reports, resolving challenges, general guidance to/among team peers.

Preferred qualifications
•    Proactively participating in discussions involving technical challenges and ways to improvise efficiency through providing a high quality and end-user focused service that is responsive to end-user needs
•    Familiarity with manufacturing industry, Power Generation business will be added advantage.
