We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Pricing Analytics

In this role, you will be supporting the Pricing leadership with dashboards, data analysis and insights on sales and pricing data. Track pricing KPIs on weekly/monthly/annual basis and come provide up with strategies to improve margin and revenue.



  • Provide pricing thought leadership and expertise to further develop existing pricing operations framework.
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of key pricing processes, systems, and tools.
  • Be a key part of identifying and designing price improvement projects and drive the implementation and roll-out of key methods and tools with various business lines and countries in the region.
  • Assess pricing metrics and price-related data from a variety of sources and use it to derive insights into pricing strategies, policies and performance as well as forecasting impacts.
  • Analytics tools and methods: Conceptualize and implement methods and tools to continuously improve and professionalize our pricing activities and performance management.
  • Drive various transformation initiatives by collaborating with multiple stakeholders, be the catalyst in bringing speed to achieve the demanding milestones.


Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Engineering or related field. MBA preferred
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, perform analysis, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis and other advanced mathematical/logical methods
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of senior management, department heads, and the IT/Business teams
  • Attention to quality, reconciliation, and accuracy are critical as the audience is often executive level staff and the decisions being made are significant in scope/impact.


Preferred qualifications

  • Functional knowledge of sales and pricing
  • Ability to develop and automate reporting/analysis as well as operational process using technologies such as (Python, R etc.)
  • Ability with visualization, discovery, & analytic apps such as Spotfire, Power BI, Tableau etc.
  • Familiarity with AI type concepts, machine learning concepts, and advanced automation a plus
  • Strong MS excel skills, Advanced Excel, VBA and MS Access
  • R/Python, visualization tools experience good to have
