We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Demand Planner
In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and technical skills in developing and maintaining the Client Facing Java based web applications.

Responsibilities
•    Responsible for data validation, data analysis, data preparation, and data evaluation
•    Generate Statistical Forecast for defined categories
•    Embed business inputs/intelligence into statistical forecast to generate final consensus forecast
•    Execute Lean and Six Sigma GB projects to drive process optimization
•    Demonstrate good analytical and logical skills in analyzing complex data
•    Articulate and present analysis/ideas to senior leadership
•    Ensure zero surprise operations delivery. Adhere to service deliver guidelines.
•    Manage a team of 6 Demand Planners to ensure surprise free operations
•    Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related area of study OR equivalent, relevant work experience
•    Must have relevant experience as Demand planner.
•    Should be good in Advanced Excel and Excel VBA programming
•    Ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently communicate with senior leadership
•    Experience in leading a team of 3 to 10 Demand Planners

Preferred qualifications
•    Good understanding of Statistics (Basics to Intermediate)
•    Should have knowledge of Supply Chain Management
•    Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
•    Must have good communication skills, ability to communicate with clients and various stakeholders.
•    Must be able to work on a flexible schedule and be able to work in tight-deadlines.
•    Strong attention to detail
