We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Customer Experience Management
In this role, you will be responsible to maintain & create Customer Experience dashboards, resolve any issues related to data accuracy or report extraction, Generate insights and improve customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Reporting
- Responsible for maintaining the various reporting dashboards which are data source for various other databases
- Ensure accuracy of the reports pulled in from these dashboards, perform the relevant reconciliation and checks
- Responsible for resolving user specific issues related to data in the dashboard or other admin related inaccuracies
- Brainstorm and design the new report/dashboard development to meet the user expectations
- Generating Insights
- Improving Customer experience and feedback
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
- MBA/M.Sc. Economics
Preferred qualifications
- Capacity to handle work stress and meet project deadlines
- Solid problem solving and analytical capabilities
- Basic understanding of Sales Force is a must
- Excellent excel skills in data analysis- Advanced Excel, Power point
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Capacity to work with multiple stakeholders, and be influential and amenable
