We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Credit Risk
Responsibilities
•    Understanding and analyzing financial statements from annual reports and 10Ks to come out with logical interpretations and trends and preparing credit review reports
•    Understanding of credit ratings and macro-economic factors
•    Spreading financials, understanding of key ratios, and preparing credit review reports
•    Building credit models and trend analysis, including debt waterfall analysis
•    The role requires in depth interpretation of financial statement and credit reviews to come out with logical recommendations
•    Media monitoring and industry analysis
•    Maintaining risk systems and data repositories
•    Understanding of various collateral types and monitoring the credit exposures and request for appropriate collateral
•    Plan and prioritize daily deliverables and allocating responsibilities to team members
•    Setting objectives for team members and helping/ guiding them achieve the same
•    Work with Risk Controls Team to identify process bottlenecks and drive implementation of Quality Roadmaps to eradicate them
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
•    Postgraduate in finance/Master of Business Administration
•    Working experience in Credit Risk
•    Experience in the Energy/Power & gas industry is desirable
•    Experience with financial analysis is necessary
•    Exposure to MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint is mandatory and secondary research skills is required
•    Experience with data sources like Bloomberg, DNBi, CRMZ, Moody’s, S&P
•    Experience in distress analysis, default/ bankruptcy valuation and company (equity) valuation are desirable
Preferred qualifications 
•    Ability to work independently without significant supervision
•    Excellent analytical, numerical skills and attention for detail
•    Assimilates information quickly to get to the key facts
•    Ability to learn very quickly and identify improvement opportunities – high energy and self-starting individual
•    Viewed as insightful, articulate, persuasive, and organized
