How are 46% of high-tech organizations making digital work?

While high-tech works to increase customer value, and reduce costs, many are looking to digital for solutions. This study asked 682 people across industries, including 93 from the high-tech industry, to rate the impact of digital technologies on their organizations. With a vast majority of respondents indicating that they have yet to unlock digital’s full power, it is clear that firms need to find ways to overcome the barriers they face.
