We are inviting applications for the role of PMO - Process Developer
We currently have an opportunity for a graduate-level consultant from any degree discipline. This role will offer candidates the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in Regulatory Affairs Industry. You will work autonomously while within a team environment and work on various projects with exposure to working with the leadership.

•    Accountable for updating timesheets in the Oracle Timesheet System and organizing the timesheet data which has a direct impact on the revenue recognition  
•    Creation of Project ID’s and allocate resources in Pinnacle; this would require a thorough understanding of the process for which training will be imparted 
•    Monitoring data to make sure processes are being followed  
•    Investigate problems faced by users and drive them to closure  
•    Ensure SOPs are updated from time to time  

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications

•    Excellent Interpersonal Skills (Clear verbal and Written Communication, Problem-solving, etc.) 
•    Flexible and adaptable to change with the vision for process improvement 
•    Good attention to detail 
•    Strong organization skills 
•    The ability to meet tight deadlines 
•    Technically adept at using IT systems  
•    Fast learner with proven ability to quickly understand overall changing demands of Projects

Preferred qualifications
•    Finance background is desirable
