Tactical Buyer - Assistant Manger - French

Inviting applications for the role of Tactical Buyer - Assistant Manger – French!
Responsibilities:
•    Sourcing of multiple Indirect Spend categories;
•    Conducting Opportunity analysis for spend management;
•    Rating and handling performance of suppliers, ensure supplier performance of all contracts;
•    Making the plan and negotiate actively with suppliers (esp. EMEA suppliers), in order to conclude contracts. Scouting for better suppliers. Ensuring that the services are as per the contracts;
•    Collaborating closely with the customers to understand their requirements and close them in the given time frame;
•    Performing basic spend analytics to identify the best available market price for the ongoing project;
•    Handling effectively internal / external customers & partners;
•    Handling the plan for savings targets, timely deliveries, Customer Satisfaction;
•    Participating periodically to reviews with Regional commodity managers to ensure strategies are aligned and pipeline activity is proceeding;
•    Carrying out all reporting requirements accurately and within the specified time scales;
•    Conducting Sourcing activities including (e)RFI, (e)RFP, price and contract negotiation.
Other responsibilities
•    Update the working procedures periodically;
•    Maintain and develop relationships with relevant markets and client serviced by team and all major customers within those markets as appropriate;
•    Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Previous experience in Tactical buying and/or Sourcing;
•    Working experience in Oracle /SAP;
•    Good level of MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point;
•    Customer service orientation;
•    Outstanding Interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written);
•    Proactive and resourceful in solving problems, good coordination skills;
Preferred Qualifications
•    Ability to work effectively in an international environment;
•    Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision;
•    Proficient in English.
