Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – Support function 

In this role, you will be work with business people & Leadership to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into customer needs. 

Responsibilities:

• Support strategic initiatives to drive growth in the CM and ITO business
• Provide data-backed business analysis
• Work with functional teams to ensure smooth running of global operations
• Contribute in reengineering internal business processes to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• Understanding of Finance (required)
• MBA (preferred)

Preferred qualifications
 

• 3 to 6 years’ experience
• Strong Analytical and Project Management skills
• Time Management and Teamwork Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Excel skills is must
