Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – Azure Cloud SME

Responsibilities

• Good Knowledge experience scripting (Powershell, Ruby, Bash/Zsh, Python, Go, Node.js, Rust, etc.) or developing software or cloud native services/applications
• Good knowledge of Azure ARM experience
• Good knowledge of Azure DevOps, az cli, Azure Policy, Security Center, Event Hub/Grid, Logic App & Function App experience
• Microsoft Azure, or other Public Cloud DevOps and/or Solution Architecture Certification
• Hands on experience designing and implementing solutions leveraging multiple services within public cloud providers
• Experience with Windows and Unix / Linux based programming
• Experience using an automated configuration management or infrastructure as code system (Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Salt, Cloudformation, etc.)
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, and inter-networking technologies (routing/switching, proxy, firewall, load balancing etc.)
• RESTful API Development/Usage
• Understanding of Document Databases
• Experience in network security and related infrastructure technologies, cloud-based infrastructure, software defined networks and hybrid connectivity architectures including Azure Global Reach, Express Route & Service Mesh Technologies

• Ability to takes ownership of small and medium sized tasks and deliver while mentoring and helping team members
• Ensures understanding of issues and presents clear rationale. Able to speak to mutual needs and win-win solutions. Uses two-way communication to influence outcomes and ongoing results
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Deep attention to detail

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred qualifications 
Strong Team player with a desire to share and develop good young talent within the team

Solid process skills with an understanding of change control processes and managing critical production environments

Strong inter-personal, analytical thinking, presentation and communication skills essential

Ability to work in a global team environment
