Inviting applications for the role of Consultant –Veeva/Salesforce CRM

Responsibilities:

  • Resolving key issues with Siebel Technical issues –L3
  • Assist in delivering high-quality solutions in response to specific business requirements and performs assigned technical tasks.
  • Technical design of upcoming Siebel projects.
  • Work with Siebel tools (configuration and scripting) to analyze and implement a customer solution
  • work on SQL queries to build reports as requested.
  • To upgrade Siebel applications.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications:

  • BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA

Preferred qualifications

  • Technical expertise on salesforce.com and/or Veeva, understanding of the real-world use of salesforce automation and business processes.
  • Configuration and implementation of Enterprise solution & Architecture of Veeva suite of products
  • Ability to develop solutions to complex problems that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation within the boundaries of industry compliance regulation.
  • Strong understanding of the Pharma / Life Sciences domain.
  • Proficiency in Veeva implementation and functionalities like cycle plan, call management, Sample management, Accounts management, Multichannel activities, Product management, Territory management, etc.
  • Proficiency in Veeva Vault implementations, Engage, CLM management, Co-Browse and Approved Email
  • Experience in developing Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex & Process Builder.
  • Expertise in building Visualforce Pages, Visualforce Custom Controllers, Components, Custom Objects, Reports, Dashboards, Tabs, and Customer Portal
  • Experience in large data migrations using SF Data Loader and Export\Import salesforce utilities.
  • Ability to understand CRM data model and articulate solutions that are scalable
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and Business analytical skills
  • CRM experience preferably in Veeva, minimum years in Salesforce
  • Experienced in data analysis and migration of CRM data from legacy systems into Veeva
  • Be able to analyze the CRM Data and develop data migration plans from legacy systems into the Veeva platform
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate concepts and ideas related to assigned projects and customer support
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work in cross-functional, global teams as well as independently
  • Ability to resolve technical issues.
