Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - MIS Life Insurance
In this role, you would be responsible to work on the Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reporting and work on the life insurance for the business with zero miss.
•    Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS)
•    In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to reporting, analyzing the data subsets, creating dashboards
•    Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
•    Provide excellent reporting and analytical information support to management team.
•    Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
•    Identify customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
•    Analyze business information to identify operational improvements for growing business efficiency and effectiveness
•    Monthly/Weekly/Daily reporting of OPS Metrics /Dashboard in Excel & PPT
•    Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
•    Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution
•    Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company Understanding of life insurance policy life cycle
•    Lead meeting and develop agenda for Ops and Support functions to review performance and productivity.
•    Creating Dashboards for Governance Calls, Seat Utilization data across different locations
•    Coordinating with Operations Managers across different sites for collation of data, Analysis of different data subsets to achieve the results
•    Headcount reconciliation

•    Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law
Technical skills: 
•    Must be proficient with Excel, VBA, Power BI, MS Access
•    Excellent Interpersonal skills 
Work experience:
•    Proven experience in MIS Reporting and Life Insurance
