Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Insurance Domain

Responsibilities
•    Manage teams and service level targets. Providing guidance to direct reports, comprised of managers and front-line managers
•    Monitor, analyse and report on trends in the key underwriting performance drivers
•    Leading weekly/monthly/quarterly discussions on operations with US stakeholders
•    Understanding of risks faced by the function and the controls in place to manage and mitigate the risks
•    Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area
•    Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment
•    Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning
•    Facilitating goal-level creation for the broader function and works with managers to ensure the goals cascade to all associates 
•    Ensuring meeting billable numbers on a daily basis
•    Guiding the talent identification and development processes for a function
•    Approving hiring and redeployment requests within his/her group
•    Queue Management – Effectively managing and monitoring queues
•    Performing Quality Audits and sharing detailed feedback for maintaining quality standards
•    Root Cause Analysis on escalations received
•    Provide quality control and assembly for all types of claims generated by the business unit 
•    Ensure that turnaround time and quality of documents meet Company service standards
•    Provide all required information to claim handlers across the country(s) and other functions within Travelers
•    Contact internal resources to research and resolve issues 
•    Take ownership of work-in-progress issues as an individual and team member by continuously looking for ways to improve/streamline work and procedures, which increase the efficiency of the team
•    Manage your own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team and office goals are met to perform quality audits

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications/skills
•    Any Graduate
•    Relevant experience in Claims for P&C Insurance industry (Claims)
 Communication – Good Written and spoken Communication Skills
•    Excel Skills – Intermediate
•    MS Word- Intermediate
