Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Learning and development
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the L&D strategy at region/site/account level
- Support region/site/account initiatives to meet our yearly targets
- Support/own the integration process for new accounts by delivering training sessions, based on needs
- Support data-driven decisions by creating needed reports as per the need
- Manage Helpmate L&D tickets and provide answers to employee’s queries
- Support regional/global learning programs, reskilling & upskilling initiatives and projects based on needs
- Deliver/facilitate learning sessions
- Act as regional POC for learning initiatives, programs
- Offer specialized support for business including being a learning partner/consultant for employees and/or leaders
- May participate in other initiatives or projects, as per his/her skills and abilities, upon manager’s request
- Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks
- Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager
- May participate in other initiatives or projects, as per his/her skills and abilities, upon manager’s request
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications/skills
- University graduate (relevant studies)
- Previous relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good presentation skills in English and virtual environment as well
- Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects
- Good communication and influencing skills, both with Customer, Ops managers and Associates
- Result orientation, with problem solving capabilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and drive closure
- Able to work and complete work independently
- Project management skills
- Able to cope with stress and multiple tasks with a deadline
