Inviting applications for the role of Compliance Agent - Process Associate - English!

The Developer Operations Policy Compliance team will process requests received which relate to the workflows (Product, Application, Spam, User, Admin Appeals). They assess them in accordance with the Developer Operations Policy Compliance Guidelines and take action to apply the appropriate policy.

Within the SCM service line, this position will be part of a key group of leaders with vision responsible for understanding and crafting the future of aftersales within supply chain. These individuals work in a team to help design sophisticated and forward-looking solutions, which demands creative problem-solving, a persuasive personality and experience in innovative supply chain solutions.

General responsibilities

  • Process requests received which relate to the workflows (Product, Application, Spam, Appeals) and assess them in accordance with the Policy Compliance guidelines and take action to apply the appropriate policy with high quality, speed, compassion and accuracy.
  • Will review apps, 3rd party apps against platform guidelines, implement policies on non-compliant apps, and evaluate appeals from developers.
  • Investigate, review and resolve problems that are identified through such as requests for App reviews, 3rd party App reviews, Pages Reviews, appeals, Acting on spam content and reports of potentially abusive content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
  • Advice and guidance on processes to ensure compliance related to audits, security, business continuity and regulations. Provide input related to service performance of the changes to be used in evaluating the business impact
  • Active user of Internet, various applications, 3rd applications on social media platform.  Must have Email account and be an avid Social Media user.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work atmosphere
  • App Reviews, Testing & Building test cases is an added responsibility. DevOps Applications & Products support & testing (Web, Mobile App)
  • Well versed with creating test Applications, API Calling, DevOps public platform policies & applications like (Tableau, Scuba, Aspect), Query Languages, supplying to policy development.
  • Driving Insights to add/update (Policies, CRM Interface, Widgets, IT/Infra tools, Application optimization) in order to drive effectiveness & efficiencies. Having exposure to ITIL V3 standard methodology framework

Qualification

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience in an Associate role is desirable. Previous experience in a Customer service, Product/Application Support & Testing, Application reviews, 3rd party application reviews under DevOps environment is preferable.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and problem critical issues. Knowledge from the engineering side to help met quarterly upgrade of product and resolve some of the day to day support issues etc.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and Developer Operations Policy Compliance Guidelines and provide excellent service to all our customers, users of product & platform
  • Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement
  • Partnership and should have collaborative approach across 360 degree (DRs/Peers/Superiors) management experience
  • Leads by example with high on Values, Ethics and Integrity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Any Graduate (PG an added advantage) or High School Diploma (Computer Science, Information Technology) or Equivalent degree
  • Good attention to detail, work ethic, high integrity with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team environment. Effective probing & root cause analysis skills
  • Should be able to work on a flexible schedule, Rotational shifts
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills with customer centric approach
  • Fluency in written and communication skills is crucial for the language the candidate is hired for
  • Intellectually curious, willing to challenge, bring new ideas to the table and take risks in pursuit. Highly reciprocal, a standout colleague and be hands-on, with the ability to thrive in a diverse global environment
  • Flexibility to tackle multiple tasks and Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly, appreciation
