DG - HB Devops – Management Trainee - English

Inviting applications for the role of HB Devops – Management Trainee - English
Your job will involve invoice and payment processing, workflow management and issue resolution. 
Working schedule: 24x7 (Rotational shifts including weekend & public holidays when applicable) with 2 Weekly Offs 
Responsibilities 
•    Run Operations for a Team of 15+ employees, who will be Processing requests received which relate to the workflows (Product, Application, Spam, Appeals) and assess them in accordance with the Policy Compliance guidelines and take action to apply the appropriate policy with high quality, speed, insight and accuracy. 
•    Will review apps, 3rd party apps against platform guidelines, implement policies on non-compliant apps, and evaluate appeals from developers.
•    Responsible for End to End contractual (SLA’s, critical metrics) & internal metrics. 
•    Implement SMART OPEX, Training, Quality & Policy frame works with a 3 Tier Governance and Build a detailed succession plan for all Key/Critical roles. 
•    Drive employee engagement, agent growth, retention with low attrition; timely detailed one on ones, updated time keeping system, Compliance. 
•    Drive monthly (AES, VIC, EWS (Timely Updating & Accuracy), PIP & CAP closers in timely manner, Etc.) and Drive Rewards and Recognitions & Appraisals. 
•    Accurate & timely MSS Alignments, Cost Code, Band mix & Aspect/SRT updating process and Provide Insights on DevOps data, track & report any observations, bugs, Etc. 
•    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•    Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi-task and prioritise requirements in fast paced environment and lead all to completion 
•    Shown work with minimum supervision to take initiative and follow-up on assigned projects, balanced by good collaboration skills. 
•    Lead daily employee related issues by providing appropriate resolution 
•    Coach, Mentor and Empower team with excellent people engagement 
•    Drive applicable periodic internal & external audit compliance (Compliance, IT, InfoSec, iCon, Etc.) 
•    DevOps Applications & Products support & testing (Web, Mobile App) 
•    Well versed with creating test Applications, API Calling, DevOps public platform policies & applications like (Tableau, Scuba, Aspect), Query Languages, supplying to policy development. 
•    Driving Insights to add/update (Policies, CRM Interface, Widgets, IT/Infra tools, Application optimization) in order to drive effectiveness & efficiencies and Having exposure to ITIL V3 standard methodology framework. 
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications 
•    Any Graduate (PG an added advantage) or High School Diploma (Computer Science, Information Technology) or Equivalent degree. 
•    Experience in Process Improvement Methodologies [Lean, Six Sigma and/or Processes Re-engineering, others] – Application & Execution.
•    Should have handled a Voice, Chat, Email, Web mediums in this Supervisor role. '
•    Should understand and have experience in day to day contact centre operations management and Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Visio programs. 
•    Able to work on MS-Excel (Pivots, Line Bar, Stack graphs, Pareto’s, Etc.), PowerPoint Presentations and Must have Email account, Facebook and Instagram accounts 
Preferred Qualification
•    Excellent Analytical, Communication (Verbal and written) skills and presentation skills. 
•    Ambitious (Intrinsic) and execution oriented and Good communication skills to work optimal with people. 
•    Candidate must have excellent organisations skills and a good understanding of a similar organization, knows what levers to pull to deliver
