L&D Coordinator - Assistant Manager - English

We are inviting applications for the role of L&D Coordinator - Assistant Manager - English 


  • Providing support with migration of HR database Management System (WorkDay®) data, to a digital competency assessment tool, proving support to users and ensuring proper data gets properly stored and managed. 

  • Serves as a technical subject matter expert for the ASPIRE Program within the Commercial L&D Center of Excellence 

  • Provide high quality, responsive support to the EMEA L&D and sales teams. 

  • Enable the smooth and efficient processing and database migration process through the stages of planning, execution, and wrap-up with solid project management skills 

  • Proactively screen events for roadblocks and track progress. 

  • Assist in the escalation of critical issues. 

  • Connect and learn from selected Competency assessment vendor better options for management and maintenance. 

  • Integrate with the EMEA L&D team to gain understanding of business priorities and challenges 

  • Work together with other key stakeholders to ensure coordination 

  • Meet team key performance indicators and targets regarding platform 

  • Communicate deployment metrics to management 

  • Support the creation of technical documentation to be used for consultation purposes with employees’ representatives (Works Councils). 


Minimum qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree related to Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent 

  • Hands-on experience in a database management or developer role. 

  • Must be skilled at understanding inter-dependencies and relationships from complex technical data sets and be a creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills 

  • Previous knowledge in Learning & Development.  

  • Very advanced Microsoft Excel Knowledge. 

  • Good self-organization and ability to multitask and work independently and in a dynamic environment 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 

  • Resourceful, action-oriented with strong track record in delivering results with speed and under pressure. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to connect at multiple levels within the organization 

  • Attention to details 

  • Quality and efficiency oriented, even under pressure and to strict timelines. 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, prioritizing and fast decision-making capability, able to handle complexity, multiple tasks of urgent nature and effectively deal with ambiguity 

  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.  


Preferred qualifications  

  • Proficiency in any other EMEA critical language will be a plus
